I got picked up at the Pentagon 610 line last Friday by a young Asian man who drives a dark blue Honda civic. He was going to the 610 lot over by McDonalds. I was sitting in the back of the car. The other slug was in the front. The driver was texting while he was driving on the HOV and hitting the rumble strips. He also wouldn't turn on the air or roll down the windows. He got off a Quantico and tried to get on Rt 1 but it was shut down. He whipped his car around and tried to get back to 95. Everyone was laying on their horns at him. When the other slug and I got out of the car, the slug said "wow--that was a scary ride! And, HOT!" So, it wasn't just me. Anyway, I thought it would be good to warm people. This guy wants to die young--I'd rather he didn't take anyone with him..
