Description: Starting April 1, sluggers who ride from the Herndon/Monroe bus transfer station to Downtown D.C. will have a pickup point for a reverse commute. Pickup will be curbside at the US Post Office, 1750 Pennsylvania Ave. NW (2 blks S of Farragut W Metro), 4:45-5:30 p.m., Mon.-Fri.
