	And maybe keep the HOV lanes as HOV - get some publicity against HOT lanes.

	I wrote him an e-mail inviting him to slug from Fredericksburg (Rt 17). He might as well get the full impact of what it takes to commute these days. He will see that the incentive is to carpool with access to the HOV and NOT to go to a HOT lane system.
