Because that is what Uhura does. Scans the old topics and brings them back up cluttering the boards with issues that have already been resolved. Admin. please look at this again.

I have also notice a lack of police in both the morning and afternoon. Every afternoon when I get to the HOV merge and traffic is backed up, I think there is enforcement at the end and there never is. I don't mind sitting in the back up if there is a legit reason for it like catching cheaters!!!!!!
