   Multi-Vehicle Crash Closes Portion Of I-95

	SPRINGFIELD, Va. -- A multi-vehicle crash has closed a portion of Interstate 95 southbound in Virginia.

	

	

	 

	 

	

	At least eight vehicles were involved in the crash, including four tractor-trailers. One of the tractor-trailers overturned. Another jackknifed in the outside lanes.

	

	Five people were injured. Officials said none of the injuries was life-threatening.

	

	A minor fuel spill also was reported.

	

	I-95 southbound is closed. Interstate traffic is being diverted to the express lanes at Edsall Road. Local traffic is being diverted to Backlick Road.

	

	Traffic is heavy in both directions in the area.

	

	Officials did not know when the road would reopen.[V]
