Wash Post: Slugging not much better than bus

   What has me puzzled by this "Test" is the cost.  How did it cost more for the slug driver ($40 r/t) cost more than the single diver in the regular lanes.  I don't know where they purchased their gas at but that averages out to be about $.75 per mile. ($40/54 miles r/t)[?]
