   I don't know if you drivers have noticed or not, but the fred bus is getting quite full every trip at the old lot for people going to the new lot to get into the city (l'enfant, 14th, 18th, etc...) after about 6:30 or so.

	With the new lot being full by 6:45 every morning and later riders having to spend an extra 5-20mins to catch the shuttle, and getting there and seeing 15 cars lined up for the DC line waiting for riders, why not some of the drivers start head up to the old lot for passengers?  Would shave about 15mins off everyone's trip if they started picking up there.  Could even stop by the side where the busses pick up to make things easy and not get the VA line out of control over there.
