Standing on the sidewalk near the bus lane in Pentagon South Parking with a sign indicating your destination has worked well for me. I can usually have a ride south within 15 minutes (my dest: Stafford). PM should be doable.

Nothing that early in the afternoon, the lines get started around 3:15 or so from Rosslynn.

I go to language school in Rosslyn ( one block from the metro) and need to figure out how to slug home to PM (or Horner). I leave at 1 pm and was wondering if there is an active slug line south from Rosslyn around that time. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
