Fredericksburg rental: if not here, then where?

   I checked the Classifieds section on this board, and see that it's loaded with the same spam in all categories, way too abused.

	Can someone please let me know where I can post info ("Townhouse for rent in Fredericksburg")? Any online site or real-life bulletin board will do.

	Would appreciate a positive answer, so I can quickly delete this.

	thanks... I tried CraigsList, but had no choice but to list under Washington DC, so not a very good Fredericksburg market. Also, I keep getting responses from models in the UK who are coming from out of town.. umm, yeah right. :)

	I've been trying to rent two furnished rooms together plus private bath, W&D and kitchen use for only $585 + 1/3 utilities since 1 Nov in a large house in Lake Ridge and have not gotten the right tenant. You are way over priced for something 60 miles south of DC. You'll need good luck.

	Thanks for all the help. I am now reducing the rate to $1695 for the entire townhouse, and just put up fresh flyers at Shoppers and Panera Bread in Fredericksburg. (Most places don't have a public board) Also advertised in the F'burg newspaper (both online and offline).. have yet to confirm a tenant for move-in. I posted in Craigslist again, but only got spam in return... oh well. I am going to put some flyers at the Pentagon and Rosslyn slug stops tonight... maybe some lucky slugger will see it in the morning.. :-) N_or_S_bound, believe me, I am trying to rent it out! Ohio7, the monthly mortgage itself is so much higher than the "overpriced" amount I am asking. The townhouse is brand new, and it's a pity it's empty. I hope someone responds soon! :) avparr, I will check out that website.
