   Saw in the newspaper on the metro that graffiti was drawn on the RT.123 overhead signs going North on 95(believe it was Northbound).  Has any other graffiti showed up on any other overhead signs?  Just wondering how long it will take VDOT to replace those signs since they are now obstructed visually.

	I noticed the artwork the other day and was amazed at how someone could get out there and actually do all that work and not get caught. Or did they get caught? Or did VDOT do it in light of the fact vacation is over and everyone will be back at work this week and next and wanted folks to forget there was a Rt 123 exit that bottlenecks the traffic back to Potomac Mills? Quite frankly, rather than replace the two signs paint over them with a hand on each flipping us off with a white/black lettered sign between the two that says "BITCH!". At least we know Richmond is being honest with us.

	The graffiti has been there at least two weeks. Must give credit to the fool who would climb a sound wall, then teeter across those signs to destroy them- presumably in the dark. I haven't seen any other damage on 95. Slug'n till 2010 (when the HOT lanes roll in)
