   I commute from Capitol Hill to the Greenbriar/Penderbrook/Fair Lakes area every afternoon.  In order to utilize the I-66 HOV lane, I am looking for a male (my wife and I have an agreement) car pool partner that would like to depart Washington DC between 5:45 and 6:15 p.m. M-F.  I can pick you up anywhere along Constitution Avenue or even a few blocks north of Constitution avenue between these times each afternoon.
