Crossing Keene Mill at Bob's

   Keene Mill is difficult to cross in the morning.  VDOT should build a pedestrian walk over.  Would have been money better spent than the new commuter lot down on Backlick.  Even better, VDOT could buy or lease the Bob's site, tear down the abandoned Long John Silver and Circuit City buildings and make more parking spaces.

	Or are there are plans to try to move the Bob's slug line to the new commuter lot on Backlick.  I think that would create havoc and more of a traffic mess.
