Popular HOV Shortcut in Virginia Could End

   We've had a week of commuting with the Turkeycock Run entance ramp now HOV-3 only during restricted hours.  

	Has anyone noticed any real difference? 

	We haven't when we pass there between 4:15 and 4:30 each day. [:)]

	And it doesn't appear to have affected to regular lanes in a negative way.

	A win-win? [:)]

	There's less of a slowdown in that area now, though some solo drivers still get on. Yesterday PM the police were ticketing drivers exiting at 644.
