By 7:30 this morning all of the blue striped spaces were filled. I parked in a white striped space adjacent to a blue stripe. How actively is parking enforced in this area? Is the penalty a warning, a ticket, or tow away?

A coworker confirmed that his car was towed from that lot previously. Also, Fairfax County does issue citations for jay walking accross OKM Road.
