Where are VA's finest revenue collectors?

   In this bad economy doesn't the state need revenue?

	I counted over 10 grand that the state could have gotten every trip (twice a day) this week... And that's assuming they were first time HOV violators. That's a hundred thousand dollars in the 40 minute period it takes to get from Prince William to the Pentagon.

	C'mon Virginia and enforce a traffic law that I actually agree with. Quit raising the tax rates on the now under valued house that I overpayed for a few years ago...

	I could not agree more. They used to enforce the exit ramp at Old Keene Mill. Haven't seen them there in forever. With the backups as bad as they have been this week, how do we plead for more enforcement.
