I am looking to get into L'Enfant, Pentagon or the Navy Yard before 6 AM from Horner road. Does anyone need a rider?

Not really. HOV starts at 6AM, so rides are in short supply before then... Occasionally, you can find some nice people who get you from Horner before 5:30, but they're few and far between.
