What time is Horner road filling up now that Potomac Mills reduced parking?

Hubby tells me Horner Rd is full by 6:45 am these days (since PM reduced parking). He goes to the 95/123 lot and takes the bus to the PNT.

On average, about 6:45 or so.

By 6:35 the only spots left are in that last parking lot closest to Horner Rd (farthest from 95). Granted on Friday's it's a little later since that the day that many federal workers take their day off. The time will probably move up even further once the police start ticketing again. They had agreed to a grace period during this transition, but didn't specify how long that would be for.

Until recently I had been getting there around 6:15-6:25 and had not problem finding a spot, and relatively quick wait for Crystal City. The past 2 weeks I have driven most everyday because it seems like there are no spots and the line is double or triple what it used to be.
