Tackett's Lot-Pentagon Staging Problem

For some time now we have needed to relocate either the Pentagon carpool staging area or the Rosslyn/Crystal City carpool staging area. The problem is that the Pentagon drivers line up in the lane next to the Rosslyn/Crystal (R/C) drivers, essentially hemming in the R/C drivers with riders who are ready to leave the lot but are unable to move. Adding to this is that unfortunately, some of the Pentagon drivers will not allow the R/C drivers space enough to make an exit, and when they do, it means that the R/C drivers must exit using the entrance lane - a very dangerous (& illegal) practice. I must also point out that Pentagon drivers lining up in the left exit lane is also an illegal and unsafe practice. Clearly one of the slug lines - either Pentagon or Rosslyn/Crystal City must relocate to another area of the lot. We all benefit from slugging - the drivers, the riders, and it's a green initiative too. I'd like for all of us to work on resolving this together and come up with a mutual agreement about the re-staging of one of the lines.
