Afternoon Slug Lines

   Just wondering if there will be any riders this afternoon at Rosslyn heading to Horner?  We tried picking up this morning at Horner but like cmurray0 pointed out, there were more drivers than riders.  So, just want to get a feel for what this afternoon will look like.  

	Also wondering about tomorrow morning, assuming Congress still doesn't pass budget, anyone still slugging from Horner to Rosslyn?
