Rt 3 Gordon Rd to Pentagon

   New to the forum and to slugging.  Will need to commute from Rt 3 Gordon Rd to the Pentagon starting in July.  Don't want to get stranded.  Do a lot of folks commute from the Gordon Rd lot to the Pentagon?  My hours will usually be 7:30 to 5:00.  Is slugging an option for me or should I look at other modes of trans?  Thanks.
