Slug Line at Cushing Lot

   Good Morning.  In preparation for the new tolls on 66, as hybrid drivers have lost their HOV privileges inside the Beltway starting December 4th, I road by the Cushing Lot in Manassas, and they were no slugs!  There were folks waiting for the bus, but a few people told me there in no formal slug line at the Cushing Lot.

What is a person wanting to pick up slugs for a 66 commute into DC to do?

	See if any of the bus folks want to try slugging. That is how slugging 1st got started (review slugging history).
