After experiencing three instances of poor etiquette/common sense just this morning at the Rt. 17 Commuter Lot, I decided to post some helpful hints for drivers...

1) When shouting out your destination, please speak in clear and concise English. We understand that you might not be awake yet in the a.m., but don't get frustrated just because there are no slugs that speak mumble.

2) It would help if you rolled down your window and actually spoke your destination instead of mouthing it out with your windows up. If you don't have automatic windows, bring a sign. One woman at Rt. 17 this morning shouted her destination out with her windows rolled up. It sounded like "L'Enfant Plaza". When the door was actually opened she said, "Foggy Bottom".

Thanks.
