	Please, please take a look at the HOT Lanes Discussion forum.  Scott Hirons appears to have the wherewithal to help kill these HOT proposals put forth by profiteers.  If HOT survives, slugging will surely die.  Ok, so the skies not falling... but, if you�d like to see these informative, helpful, and funny threads continue and see slugging continue to thrive, we�ve got to band together.
