L'Enfant Plaza to Rt 17 slug line

   Is there really a L'Enfant Plaza to Rt 17 slug line?  On my first day slugging (thursday 1/27), I waited on the east side of the GSA bldg on 7th st for a bout a half hour starting at 1545 and never saw a slug or a car.  I was standing near the GSA entrance on 7th, maybe this was not the right spot, maybe this was a bad day.  So is there a consistent slug line here, or do I have to go to the Pentagon.  Thanks for any help!
