I was wondering why the 19th & F line is only for Springfield? I am sure there are others that live in places like Woodbridge that could benefit from the line if drivers were heading in that direction. Any thoughts?

The line gets pretty long at 19th and F, even with only Bob's and RV slugs. A separate line for other destinations would make sense, but only if it was a block or so away on 19th. Like all new lines, the hard part is getting people to change their habits. Good luck.

It's because some industrious Springfield slugs got organized, set the line up, advertised it ... an got both slugs and drivers to meet there. It caught on. There have been other efforts to start slug lines over the years. Some have succeeded (like Sydenstricker) and some have failed (like Springfield Mall and lines in Manassas). Key is getting a supply of slugs and drivers to show up. Good luck on your effort to get another Woodbridge line started downtown.

Keep on sluggin'! [:)]
