Keeping lanes free in parking lots

   So, this morning, trying to get into the parking lot, had to stop IN the travel lane for a couple of cars to "back into" their slot, ok, I can handle that.  Started going again only to come up to the backend of yet another car stopped IN the travel lane, with flashers going, apparently waiting for carpoolers (the previous guys, "backing in").  So, try to go around the flasher, and ANOTHER apparent carpool driver driving at me in the travel lane stops RIGHT ACROSS from the first "flasher" waiting for his/her carpoolers!!!  Come on people....move your flashing lites, parked cars to an area OFF the travel lanes so others can get into their own parking slots and get to work!
