   I live in Lorton and commute with my wife to Arlington Courthouse area. Need regular riders to take HOV. How do I find riders on permanent basis? Found some at VRE in Lorton this am.

	If there are no slug lines established in the Lorton area, in the areas I've slugged from over the years, the best place to find folks is at a commuter lot where they line up to catch a bus. When the demand is there, those who prefer to slug will break off and establish a separate slug line in the same lot.
