I'll be starting a new job on Monday over by the Navy Yard (specifically on M Street). Are there are lots in Woodbridge (I'm closest to 123 and Old Bridge Rd) that go to the Navy Yard? I have parking in DC, so I'm willing to drive. Thanks!

It looks to me that Horner Rd. is your best bet. This isn't too far from 123 and Old Bridge (take Minnieville to Telegraph, and the lot is that big one on your left).
