   Route 610 Old Lot: There's a VDOT display sign warning that ticketing of illegally parked cars will begin next week!  There must be 100 or more of us who are forced to creatively park because the lot has too few spaces to accommodate us all. Encourage us to ride-share but don't provide enough parking?  Whassup with that!?! Where the heck are we supposed to park?  Lowe's has made the same threat to tow!
