It seems like you probably want to go to one of the commuter lots that has an 18th St. destination. Farragut West is located at "I" street between 17th and 18th.

There's a line in Potomac Mills that goes into DC which will include rides down to 18th Street. Be mindful on far how up 18th Street they will go to though. Its the line right across the Street from Mc Donalds
