SLUG LINES LEAVING FROM THE STATE DEPT

   I've never slugged before and I was going to try it with a friend today who is catching a shuttle from the State Depart to Rosslyn (North Moore St).  However, she is getting off at 610 in Stafford and I need to go to the commuter lot behind Ukrops on Rt 3.  I wanted to know if there is a slug line that leaves from the State Depart going to Rt 3 or if anyone from North Moore goes to Rt. 3.  I think this might be quicker than taking the bus but I don't want to get stuck and not be able to get back to my car.
