I'm very new to slugging. I commute from Route 29 and I66. After nosing around on this site (which is great I should add), I see that slugging appears to occur primarily along I95. Is there a reason that slugging isn't found along my route? I'd dearly love to use the HOV lanes, so if I am indeed missing something, I hope one of you good folks will help educate me. Thanks!

Matt

There aren't any commuter lots that I'm aware of on I66.

I66 is HOV2 which lessens the need to pick up slugs.

Finally, the lanes aren't separated so the HOV lanes don't move much faster than normal traffic... At least they haven't when I've been on 66 during rush hour.
