Silver KIA Driver 610 Mine road to L'Enfant

   Was picked up this morning at 610-Mine Road to L'Enfant, by a 4 door silver KIA Virginia licence plate VKW-2391. She asked us if we were worried about driving fast. She averaged close to 90 all the way in, in fact she bragged about taking 23 minutes to get to 14th street bridge and stating that her record is 17 minutes. That's 37 miles! At one point she went over a 105 to pass another car that tried to pass her! Plus a dashboard light showed low tire pressure.
