234/95 lot question

   Folks, the HOV has been available to 610 in Stafford for quite awhile now. I imagine that means some Stafford and Spotsylvania folks have ceased parking in the 234/95 lot. Is it true? When does the 234 lot now fill up in the mornings? Or does it not fill up anymore? I live in Montclair but usually park in Lake Ridge to insure I have a bus back home late evenings (regularly work late). Thanks.
