The current location has been fenced and it's dangerous to walk on the street. How can this line be relocated to it's original location?

Just up the street at C Street SW, near 14th and Independence, I run a vanpool to Franconia Springfield (right near metro station / garage near Macy's). Please share my contact information or this post to anyone interested in keeping their same commute. We leave at 6:30AM and head home at 4:30PM. We also take federal transit subsidy - so no out of pocket cost for federal employees.
