I'm new and trying to find a better way to commute into the Pentagon, but cannot find any slug lines from/into Maryland. I live in Annapolis. Can anyone help?

Never heard anything about slug lines in Maryland. I've read that there are HOV-2 lanes along some parts of Rt 50 and along I-270, but I've never seen anything about slug lines. Anyone else know anything about Maryland slug lines? You might try to find a car pool to/from Annapolis.[:)]

This is just heresay from other sources, but I heard that due to Maryland's anti-hitch-hiking laws, Marylandians were prohibitted from adopting a slug system. I cannot back this up with any credible sources, but it might be a good place to start[?].
