Need to pass a heads-up to folks transiting the section from Horner Rd to vicinity of Violator's Ramp (aka Newington exit) between 0600-0620. Be on the watch for a white Dodge Stratus (VA tags) driven by a late-40's/early 50's male. This is a very aggressive driver who habitually rides bumpers (even with an open lane on the left and traffic making 70+) and today darn near caused a wreck as he dove across two lanes of traffic to make the ramp. I've had the distinct displeasure of dealing with this violator for three of the last four days, including this AM's near mishap. I think part of the lic. is "NGG" but given I was busy trying not to nail him and the car beside of us I can't be sure.

Keep a sharp lookout -- this guy is a wreck waiting to happen.
