Here is an email I just sent to PWC about the Horner expansion:

"I have a comment on the layout of the Horner Road commuter lot expansion. As one drives by the lot, there is a large berm of earth that obstructs the view of the lot. The first thing I thought was that this is not good from a security standpoint, because it hides the lot. As you know, Horner has had a security problem with breakins from the beginning. It would be much safer if this berm were flattened."
