Candidates for the VA House of Delegates are announcing their bids for throughout the Spring and early summer.

A great way to get the ear of politicians is to attend their kick-offs (or other events).

"Delegate Jeffrey M. Frederick, R-Woodbridge, will hold a kick-off event for his re-election campaign. The event to mark his bid for a second term in the House of Delegates will be held Saturday, May 21, at 3:30 p.m. at the Va. 234 commuter parking lot at Va. 234 and U.S. 1." - Potomac News 5/4/2005

Regardless of your part affiliation, I would encourage you to attend as many of these events as possible and let the politicians know commuter issues are important.
