How has it been lately? I started going to the Pentagon, got tired of waiting up to an hour or more for a ride home. That was about three months ago, has it gotten any better??

no, it has not gotten better. traffic down 14th street is so bad that i think drivers are just going straight to pentagon to get out of the city traffic. 14th street can be a mess.
