There is a new slug line that started Aug 1st. It is on 19th street between Penn and I. Slugs are standing about halfway down closer to Penn. I have received a ride everytime I have been there. Wait times vary due to it being a new line. It appears to be picking up as the days go by. Good Luck and pass the word to other slugs and drivers.
