Rosemary - where did you see the sign? In the Circuit City lot?

Maybe they are trying to find a good use for the vacant office/retail space at the old Circuit City bldg on Old Keene Mill. [^]
Some competition for the bank across the street? [^]

Yes. It is propped up facing Old Keene Mill right in front of the old Circuit City lot. Not sure it's a zoning sign or a public hearing sign but it is one of those official Fairfax County "something's happening here" sign.[:0]
