My friend and I are driving from Capital Hill Area (2nd & C St NW) to Fredericksburg today Oct 4, 2005) at 3:45. We are looking for a third person to join us so that we can ride in the HOV lane. We are willing to drop you off either at the Train Station or somewhere in Central Park.
