I got this message from Corey A. Stewart. Thought I should pass it along. It concerns both HOT lanes and Hybrids.

I wanted to alert you that we will have one last chance to defeat HOT Lanes along I-95. Governor Tim Kaine will be holding a Transportation Town Hall Meeting in Prince William County to hear your concerns on HOT Lanes, the Hybrid exemption and other transportation issues. Governor Kaine has the authority to stop the conversion of HOV Lanes to HOT Lanes and to end the Hybrid exemption. If you are available, please attend this important meeting, Tuesday, February 21st, 7:00 pm at the Ferlazzo Building in Woodbridge.
