Does anyone use L'enfant plaza for slugging to Route 17 in the evening? I am just curious if there are any problems getting a ride.
I will arrive there between 5 and 5:10pm. Thanks for any help.

I tried but never saw anyone there. The other lines were active, but not the 17 one at the time

Do you know if I can still get a ride from Pentagon around 5:15pm?
