will there be anyone leaving early on Friday September 1? Don't want to be stuck in traffic Friday evening for 2 hours or more. P

From where and to where? My co-worker and I usually roll out at 4pm from downtown, pick up a third party in Rosslyn, and then hit Horner or Potomac. If you are leaving from downtown and can meet us near Foggy Bottom then you've saved us a trip.
