FYI

Quoted from DOD/Washington Headquarters Service Building Circular # PBM-06-35 dated 9/8/06.

Parking Closures
Vehicles violating the restrictions listed below will be moved at the owner’s expense.

South Parking Lanes 1-12 will be CLOSED from 6pm on Friday through 6pm, repeat 6pm, Monday. Cars remaining in this area after 6pm, Friday will be towed at the owner’s expense.

The Circular does not say where the slug lines will be temproarily relocated. [V] Might want to consider avoiding the Pentagon at all on Monday.

That lane closure shouldnt impact the slug lines as they are not close to lanes 1-12.
I would suggest you print a sign and stand on South rotary road just in case before people get to the HOV.

Oh, silly person, I can't believe your would think that only lanes 1-12 would be impacted. Think about it, it will be a holy mess! Those of us that have been around for awhile can attest to the fact that it only takes a drop of rain to cause utter and complete chaos!

The lanes 1-12 were starting to be closed this morning at the Pentagon. They had orange cones everywhere but other than that - things functioned normally. The slug lines are literally located at the opposite end of south parking. Unless you continue on to Rosslyn/Rt 27/Rt110, you won't even see the closed lanes.

It might be rough on you if you have a permit to park at the Pentagon!

This should only affect people who park at the Pentagon, not the slug lines. They did this to free up some parking for 9/11 Anniversary Events.

I would however stress that you might not want to break any rules on the Pentagon grounds that day!! The police will be out in force.

You are the silly one that cant figure out what to do when something changes. You have been here for awhile and you are still having problems? It might be time to contact your relocation specialist. The problem is people like you that dont know what to do when the routine is broken. A drop of rain[?] Silly Silly Person.
