This is a broad question for all slugs: Is Flexcar valuable to slugs as a backup/emergency ride home?

For those unfamiliar with Flexcar, it is a carsharing program similar to car rental; except that an individual can use the carsharing vehicle for as short a time period as a half hour, and that the cars are located in the communities throughout the region rather than at a centralized main office. Basically the user pays an application fee (slugs $20 and others $25) and can chose between plans that do NOT have monthly fee (but higher hourly/milage rates) or monthly plans with maximum usage limits.

Anyway, is this a good deal for slugs? If not, what could Flexcar do to make it a better program for slugs.
