Did you see in the Post this morning that Gov Kaine says his top priority for spending the budget surplus in the NoVa area is to pump millions into the Beltway HOT project. In other words, our top priority is a giveaway to private industry, perhaps even more than the $100 million they already demanded. Make the jerks pay for their own project. They will be reaping tolls for 60 years.
