It unanimously passed the VA Senate on Feb 19th. http://leg1.state.va.us/cgi-bin/legp504.exe?ses=071&typ=bil&val=HB2132

Now all it needs is the Gov's signature and we'll have to put up with their single occupants for another year![:(!]

NoVA seceding won't help you DC2RV - every single one of the NoVA delegates and senators voted for the bill.

What it's time for is the anti-hybrid posters here to realize that they are in the minority and out of touch with the mainstream. And putting your fingers in your ears and humming won't change that.
